All units are created via sewing machine which provides maximum durability. The BYOB service has a 7-10 business day turnaround time period which begins when the hair has been received.

Shipping time- After your unit is completed, you'll receive a picture confirmation of "your desired look" via the email you used when purchasing. Once confirmed your order will be shipped out with a standard shipping time of 2-3 business days depending on your location.

ABOVE WE HAVE DISPLAY A PICTURE ON HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD. WHEN ORDERING YOUR UNITS. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR HAIR IS BRAIDED OR LAID AS FLAT AS POSSIBLE. USED A MEASURING TAPE TO MEASURE YOUR CIRCUMFERENCE. IF YOUR MEASUREMENT DO NOT STOP AT A WHOLE NUMBER ROUND UP TO THE NEXT NUMBER. FOR EXAMPLE YOUR CIRCUMFERENCE MEASURE AT 22.5 INCHES YOU WOULD ROUND UP TO A 23 CIRCUMFERENCE.
